肽聚糖識別蛋白 1（Peptidoglycan Recognition Protein 1），也被稱(chēng)為 TAG7、PGRP-S， 在昆蟲(chóng)和哺乳動(dòng)物體內所發(fā)現的一種先天性免疫激活蛋白，可介導抗菌作用和先天免疫反 應。PGLYRP1 蛋白在免疫細胞中高度表達，如中性粒細胞、巨噬細胞和嗜酸性粒細胞，并 與多種炎癥有關(guān)，包括類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節炎、氣道炎癥，冠狀動(dòng)脈疾病或者哮喘口腔炎癥和癌 癥。 |
