| I. Background | |||
| LRRC15（Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 15），富含 15 個(gè)亮氨酸的重復序列，是 LRRC 超家族的成員之一。LRRC15 同時(shí)能夠正調控細胞的遷移，調控受體介導的病毒粒 子與宿主細胞的附著(zhù)，且蛋白質(zhì)定位于細胞質(zhì)膜。LRRC15 主要是以蛋白-蛋白和蛋白-基質(zhì) 相互作用方式，參與細胞-細胞和/或-細胞外基質(zhì)的相互作用，參與炎性反應相關(guān)疾病，同 時(shí)在細胞粘附、信號轉導、DNA 修復等過(guò)程中有重要作用。LRRC15 在正常組織中的低表 達，而在骨肉瘤、卵巢癌、乳腺癌、胰腺導管腺癌、促結締組織增生型小圓細胞癌等癌癥 中高表達。 | |||
